Testing & laboratory services
Targeted testing when it can meaningfully change the plan.
Testing is recommended when results may help clarify a diagnosis, identify a contributing factor, monitor treatment, or guide next steps—not simply to generate more data.
Testing may include
- TSH, free T4, free T3, and thyroid antibodies when indicated
- Reproductive and hormone testing when clinically appropriate
- CBC and metabolic testing
- Iron, ferritin, B12, folate, and vitamin D
- Other micronutrient testing when indicated
- Selected specialty testing with clear discussion of limitations
Useful context—not a verdict
Laboratory values are interpreted alongside symptoms, history, medication response, and established evidence.
Selected specialty tests, including food-sensitivity testing, are not presented as definitive diagnostic tools when the evidence is limited. We explain what a test can—and cannot—establish.
